Summer Decorating Ideas | Vintage Style

Sharing is caring!

Hello from Nashville, Tennessee, the capital of Country Music!  I’m here for a few days celebrating my in-laws 50th Wedding Anniversary.  The weather has been beautiful and we have been having fun visiting the sites and listening to some honky tonk.

Before I headed out of town though, I took a quick trip up to the mall to restock my booth and take a few pictures for you all of some great summer vignettes set up by two of my favorite dealers.  Spring was late in coming this year for many of you, so it may not feel like summer yet for everyone.  But it’s definitely summertime in Texas, and I hope these displays get your decorative juices flowing with some summer decorating ideas…vintage style.

This is my neighbor, Shannon’s summer display, full of lots of red, white, and blue.

We call Shannon the “Queen of Swings”.  If you are in need of a chippy paint, porch swing, Shannon’s booth at ACM is the place to go.  She always seems to have one for sale!

She also has a “beachy” display in her booth.

Are old paint by number pictures hot in your area?  They are in mine, and Shannon always has the perfectly themed ones to display in her space.

Another beautiful booth at ACM is Booth 58.  I am always impressed with their displays and this shelving display does not disappoint.

Beautiful ironstone pitchers, lots of silver plate, vintage kitchen scales, and awesome conch shells.

They also have an area that showcases a little red and blue.

I think that big lobster is my favorite part 🙂

I’m headed out to the a show at the Grand Ol’ Opry tonight! Hope you all have an enjoyable weekend planned as well and that you were inspired by the summer vignettes.
