Yay! I’m so excited to be joining in, starting this week, as a co-host for Friday’s Furniture Fix Link Party.
This is a furniture-themed party (kinda obvious by the name!) and will start on Friday mornings at 9AM CST and end on Sunday evenings at 11PM CST. Be sure to get your links in before the party closes each week 🙂

In case you’re new to the link party scene, here is how this show works. Each of the 4 co-hosts will pick their favorite link each week and those will be featured along with the coveted “Most-Clicked” Link at the next week’s party.
So are you ready to see the features?
Nancy’s pick was this lovely settee by Cindy of Edith and Evelyn. The French lines and upholstery treatment using antique grain sacks makes it such a unique piece.
The furniture projects linked up this past week were just so amazing that Lucy couldn’t pick only one! Her first pick is this stunning, black desk from Q is for Quandie.
She was also wowed by Lauren from Bless’er House. She did a fantastic job on creating this faux planked card catalog coffee table. We love the duck egg color, the hardware and its industrial vibe. And you would never guess that the wood grain top was faux!
Suzy chose this desk makeover by Candice of Just the Woods. The layering of the colors and bright white hardware give it modern, fresh vibe.
And what about mine? Well, I was thrilled to discover Susan with Gray Table Home. This burled wood chest of drawers was Craigslist FREEBIE. Susan worked her magic on what was once a tired and neglected piece. I think it is absolutely perfect.
And last but not least, the most clicked piece of the week was by Karen of Dragonfly and Lily Pads. She added some fresh paint to her grandmother’s vintage enamel table and then sanded back the layers in spots so that the different colors of its history could be seen after hearing her mother tell the story of the colors it had been in its previous lives.

Hello, Ladies - thanks for hosting a fun link up! I'm a brand new blogger and have lots to learn...where's the button I'm supposed to put in my sidebar? I see the "I was featured" one, but I'm pretty sure that's not the one I'm supposed to put there. Maybe I'm just not seeing it? Can you help me out?

Hi Sarah. All you need to do to link back to the party is add something like "I'm linking up to Friday's Furniture Fix" Party at the bottom of your post, then link the text "Friday's Furniture Fix" to the URL of this post. I know it may seem confusing, but you'll get the hang of it! It's basically so when someone goes to see your piece from the link party, there is an easy way for them to get right back to the party post. Make sense? Thanks so much for linking up!!
